Who we are
This website is operated by Endri Cila, trading as Tidea Marketing, Durrës, Albania (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@tidea.co.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: name, email, company website, service interest and your message, to reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
- Checklist sign-up: first name, email and optional website, to send the checklist and, with your consent, occasional LinkedIn tips (consent).
- Call bookings: details you enter in our booking calendar (GoHighLevel), to schedule and hold the call.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pseudonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to understand which pages are useful and measure enquiries (consent).
Service providers
We use trusted processors: Hostinger (website hosting and email), GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (call bookings), Google (Analytics) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag). Some are based outside the EU/EEA and use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Cookies
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and LinkedIn cookies are only set after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
How long we keep data
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: per the provider’s retention setting (14 months).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@tidea.co. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in Albania this is the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
